The hotel is wonderfully located, making it easy to visit Oaxaca downtown. It's very central and very close to Zocalo. The rooms are comfortable, exceptionally clean, and okay. The service is efficient and helpful, covering housekeeping, laundry, and tours/ticket assistance. The location is comfortable for exploring the area, and it's in town. The dining experience offers delicious baked chocolate cakes. Overall, the facilities are satisfactory, and the value for money is worthwhile.
